Hi guys,

I'm looking to purchase my first stump grinder and got my eyes on a FSI B22.

The only thing that is holding me back from buying one is no knowing if it will on the back of my Hilux tipper with ramps. I don't currently have anywhere I can store a trailer, hence the question.

My truck has the usual chip box and small lockable box for saws.

Has anyone made their grinder fit?? And how do you secure it down?

Great grinder. We ramp ours onto the back of a tipper bed and ratchet down to the lashing points in the bed......probably worth getting a fabricator to make some secure points. You can also tow the chipper doing it this way so one of you can be grinding while someones doing a chipper run

Thanks for the response, what vehicle are you using? I'm fairly confident I can make it fit but I don't know anyone near by with a similar size grinder to try out for size

I thought tie down points would be the best option, ill enquire with the chaps that did my tipper conversion
