Shelford Tree Service is looking for an Experienced Lead Climbing Arborist to join our growing team!
We’re a respected, professional tree care company working across residential and commercial sites, and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and environmental responsibility.
🔧 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven climbing and rigging experience (minimum 3 years preferred)
✅ Experience with large tree fells and reductions
✅ Confident leading a team on-site and mentoring junior staff
✅ Strong knowledge of tree pruning, dismantling, and safe work practices
✅ NPTC/LANTRA qualifications
✅ Clean UK driving licence (trailer licence a bonus!)
