does anyone know when the new petzl sequoia is destined to hit these shores? I've tried the Navaho fast and found it very comfortable and did everything I need right now, but the new sequoia with its interchangeable flat and floating bridges and some extra adjustability, not to mention 1.3kg weight for the DRT model looks like it should be even better!

I went for the Navaho Variobelt in the end, very comfortable.

Got side straps thrown in with it which I haven't used yet but may give a go. Anyone else use these? Supposed to give more freedom of movement and transfer some of the weight to the leg straps. The connector doesn't look as tough as a maillon though.

navaho sit fast has now superceded the vario though as far as im aware. dont know whether the floating D side straps are designed to go on the new saddle too or not. i think there are a couple places i could still get hold of a vario, but it's an obselete product now for what that does or doesnt matter so it could be tough
