Yes and Yes unless I travel.

However unless I'm showing on the Google search as a local business no amount of positive reviews will compensate for not being local.

I currently only win 30% of jobs as it is so raising prices isn't going to buy my way into private property ownership in the immediate future.

It would only reduce the number of jobs accepted and leave the door open to others.
