Yes it will attract business rates, when they catch up with you! Also you may want to check with EA to see if they had any objections. My firewood yard is on a farm and had to check with EA. Nearly all the buildings on the farm are being rented out to a variety of businesses, the farm has PP for change of use but I believe it is up to the individual business to inform the authorities Re business rates! ( so mum's the word!)
