Hi everyone,

I am wondering about what technology is out there to measure tree cavities. I read about the picus sonic tomograph, but it seems that multiple measurements need to be done to get overall picture. Is there any other technology out there yous would know about. Mick

There’s other tomograms than picus but they all basically do the same thing. Nothing else out there that I’m aware of. There was thermal imagine quite a few years back but that just turned out to be a big scam.

not always necessary to do multiple tests, depends on the circumstances
