Looking for a Groundworker in Edinburgh, Scotland

Hi,

 

We are Edinburgh Tree Surgeons. We have created an amazing team of highly skilled, knowledgeable arboriculturalists. We are currently looking for a Ground Worker to join our team in Edinburgh.

 

Expected Skills:

  • Essential: Driving license. Chainsaw 30, 38 Climbing and Rescue. Chipper use
  • Desired: 39 Chainsaw in canopy, 41 Rigging, MEWP, PTI L 2 or L3
  • Formal training in horticulture and arboriculture desired
  • Basic knots and rope operation for rigging
  • Chain saw use and safety
  • Chipper use and safety
  • Electrical hazards training
  • Emergency procedures
  • General work site safety
  • Hazard recognition
Relevant experience:
  • 1 year climbing experience (recommended), 3 years preferred
  • Geographical knowledge of Edinburgh and Lothians preferred
