Carlton machinery support UK

Hi all, in light of what seemingly appears to be the end of Orange Plant does anyone know how we are going to get spares and support for our Carlton machines in UK? I have tried calling and emailing Carton (Stumpcutters) in US but I get nowhere. Phone constantly engaged or just rings and emails bounce. What is going on??! Anyone else experienced similar or know of what’s happened to Orange Plant?

Hi we had parts shipped over from these guys at half the cost and within three days of payment to UK from USA.

It turns out that the Cannock branch was taken over by Sean and he now runs from there offering the same back up as before, albeit from one branch only. Steel Viper are main dealer as you say. Anyone looking for them google search - ‘Orange plant Cannock’
