Timberwolf 150 bottom roller removal

Hi Im trying to remove the bottom roller on my entec DH 30 its same as Timberwolf 150

Ive removed the top roller , taken the bottom motor off ,undone the 2 allen bolts on the bearing side I put a ratchet strap around the roller and it moves freely but the spline drive on the roller is catching on the roller box so it wont come out.

 Ive had this roller out before and replaced the spline drive and it went back inn without having to remove the hopper so it should come out again.

Any ideas
