Attic load softwood/hardwood northern it

Hi all was wondering if you could possibly  pass on some companies in Northern Ireland/ Republic of Ireland that would deliver Arctic loads of cordwood for processing.

I’ve bought a new place with a yard and outsheds and I’m looking to

start a firewood business on the side. It is more of a hobby to fuel the home and looking to make a bit on the side out of it.

What kind of money am I looking at in these crazy times of price hiking for arctic soft/hardwood delivered.

Also what kind of demand is their for softwood? Personally I like the way spruce dries so fast but it does burn a little fast and needs to be a nice size. Or is wood burners your only target if selling softwood.

Would love if some of you in the business would shed some light on what type of wood is best to aim for.

Not wishing to sound negative but to cut a long story short - NO NO NO NO NO

You will need far more than a yard and outsheds to meet the 'Ready to Burn' criteria that will affect all producers from May.

Thanks for the reply. Bloody hell, I’ve been reading it all there this evening. I knew it was coming from old posts but didn’t think it would be policed or as strict.

I see people saying they will sell it 2cubed + green with paper stating how the customer will need to dry it themselves and use it as a way to get around regulations. I’m guessing this will be stamped out too
