help needed please

thanks all for the advice im meeting with the trainer next week so ill discuss some of these methods and hope fully try a few of them out and ill keep u all informed of how i get on thanks again to all

well i met with the my trainer today she let me use some of her devices for a few hours to see wich i was most comfortable with and i personally prefferd the last one of the day it was a lanyard with a prussik using a split tail i think thats the best for the now any way il post a picture asap to show it just so its a bit more explained as i may have named it wrong thanks again for the help and im sure ill have more questions for you folkes to help me with lol
