I work at a dealership. Must of taken in 30 machines today. Everybody thinks seams to think it's a quick easy fix, but it's usually not. Not to mention the amount chain sharpening that come in. Must of done about 60 today

But you prioritise ones that are esp one man bands that don't have a workshop full of machines or Billy Bongo that uses once in a blue moon and with it on full choke cutting the grass part of running your business.

It's more the one man bands that continue your business rather than big companies that either dump you or declare Bankrupt leaving you with unpaid invoices and Billy bongo that don't want to pay for repairs or leaves it with you or see so little

Known too many Big noises that thought hell yeah get in with the big money drop everyone else then while down the track they went Hello! bye so they was left on there knees

Drove for Christian Salvesen years back M&S/whatever name they used for delivery side? Told him we want you to do only our contract work (so drop everyone else!)He said no! he had 1000 odd trucks and trailers all over the place plus staff.

He told them sure you give me/i do all your work then you find someone else that will do cheaper and say Adiós so im left with all my staff and kit with no work and overheads!

Little of something is far better than a lot of nothings!
