Hi all new to the forum owned a tr6 now for 5 year very low hours as landscaping side bit busier then the tree side tr6 is out of warranty any how last week started spitting the branch - log back out while your feeding it then got to press the green button for forward again cleaned all sensors looked at all wiring hydraulic fluid is ok all greased up any one surgust any thing thanks in advance

If the speed sensors a bit too far from the flywheel/pulley the control box might be reading a lower than actual rpm, so when infeeding the drop in revs immediately activates the reverse roller. You can read the rpm on the led display, no load I think that that it's either 1300 or 2100, but the service lads will tell you at Redwood.

 

The gap should be just enough to fit a pound coin between the sensor and pulley.

Hi Gary thanks for taking the time to reply I appreciate it just gone out side now gaps little bit wider then a pound coin will adjust this and see how that goes great thanks appreciate it the rpm no load is 1280
