I hope it works out for you, and ideally that would be a feasible wage for a good groundie, but in reality think you might be hard pushed at that rate, I pay max £120 for a groundie with similar quals/kit. But stick to your guns, if everyone demanded that money prices would have to go up!

I don't get many calls for dragging brash,
But the ones who pay that know what I can do and how safely and quickly.
