Arboricultural Operations Manager, Aylesbury

Our client is an established tree care company based on the Bucks/Oxon border. They have a mixture of domestic and commercial customers. Due to an increasing workload they are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to oversee the day to day running of the business.

This will be a varied role, and will be rewarded with a salary over £30k, a company vehicle and a generous performance related bonus scheme.

This would be an ideal role for an older, more experienced climber looking to get off the tools and move into management, or a freelancer whose joints are starting to creak and fancies the stability of a full time PAYE position.
