Tajfun 400 prosessor

We have a tajfun 400 prosessor with electrical drive motor when we start the generator then press the start button the motor does not start apparently should start up in star then change over to delta for cutting tried changing all 3 contacts but nothing happened any help would be appreciated wondered if it could be a faulty safety switch
