Assistant Contracts Manager

Full time Assistant Contracts Manger required to work in a small, fun, friendly office in West Hyde Rickmansworth.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Key Aim: To help coordinate and manage all Arb teams and manage works diary whilst maintaining existing and developing new client relationships.

Current Main Functions:

To manage all Arb teams

To coordinate all teams’ work on a daily basis

To deal with any on site issues

To help the contracts manager quote and liaise with all commercial contacts and companies

Help manage all commercial contracts from quote to completion

Help to develop new commercial relationships

 

Current Tasks:

Organise team job sheets on a daily basis

Decide on team composition with appropriate machinery and vehicles

Ensure availability to coordinate all teams

Deal with any onsite issues and be available to deal with any client's site problems

Maintain commercial relationship contacts

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience within the Arboricultural industry, preferably in an admin/management role or an ex climber looking for a different path within the industry. Good IT skills are essential along with proven job management experience and good health and safety awareness.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00 to £28,000.00 /year
