Rigging courses

Hi everyone,

I'm a climber, I've just done a rigging course with the team that I work with day to day. We spent two days being trained in proper techniques for different situations where rigging is an absolute must for getting the job done correctly, and then one day getting assessed for the skills we have learnt. Martin who trained us was brilliant, full of useful tips and information. He has been working in the industry for a long time and his experience was very evident in the complex techniques and also the simple tech that he demonstrated. The great thing was that he was also a great person to be around, easy to talk to, always had time to answer a question, and have a good laugh at the same time.

We were assessed by Roland, who runs the whole show, again, has worked in the industry for a long time, has a family history of forestry work, wood work and arborists in his blood, and it shows. I can't sing their praises enough for these two fellas, they are a great team and I urge anyone that wants to better themselves in their climbing and arborist work to get in touch.

If thats not enough, the course also offers a discounted rate on staying at a lovely B&B called the Copper Inn which does amazing food, a great selection of beers, a friendly welcome and lovely gardens to relax in after scrambling around trees and running saws all day. As we all know, our job is awesome, but it's not easy. To have comforts such a a good meal, a comfy bed and a great place to relax after work, is a blessing ey!

Anyway, if this sounds good to you get in contact with Roland through this link.

I hope everyone gets a chance to see this. It's hands down, the best course I have done to date.

Thanks for your time guys, hope you get something out of this.

Take it easy,

Joe

Hey Joe, great that you've had such a good training experience with Roland, as indeed many others have before.

In order to get maximum exposure for your post you may wish to transfer it to three Climbers and or Training forums so more people will see it..Unless there's a particular reason you've posted here :001_huh:

Cheers

Paul
