Tw125 stress control problem

Hi everyone. My tw125 has last week started with the feed rollers twitching on forward and reverse this has now stopped being as bad but the stress control comes in all the time. I maybe thought it was the engine rpm or something it still chips but the stress control comes in on every in feed in quick succession like it doesn't have any power. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with this.
