Indeed, although I often add a draft/heads of terms ams for the client to include in the app along with the aia. Sometimes I feel it doesn't take long and can help demonstrate the feasibility of any necessary works near trees/placement of barriers etc.

 

I always include heads of terms for the AMS at the end of the AIA, the standard specifically says you should. Even if I don't think it needs one, I will make the point that not needed but if the council insists then the following issues shall be addressed.
