Anybody breaking a EFCO Mt3500

I need a Mt3500 flywheel, I can buy new off my local dealer but I don't wanna spend £40+ if the chainsaws knackered. It keeps chewing up the starter pulleys and I've noticed it's been drilled before to replace the starter pawls and perhaps that's why it's ******* up the starter pulleys as it jumps when you try to pullstart it or there's something else ****** on it. So just on the off chance theres one being broken

Turn it over with your electric drill before you spend any money on it if you suspect it is no good.
