Description

Timberwolf TW150 DHB Wood Chipper.

1077 hours on the clock and ready to go to work day 1.

Ideal chipper if you are just starting-up and want to do it cost effectively (without loads of finance) or just adding to your fleet.

I've owned it since December 2018.
I had it overhauled when I bought it (new anvils and flywheel) and it has only done very light domestic use since then totalling about 250 hours.

December 2011 model and has the Kubota engine.

When I bought it I had the serial number checked by both Timberwolf and TER (The Equipment Register) to verify it was genuine, not stolen, finance etc...so it's all clear.

Recently had new belts and tensioner overhauled.

Everything works as it should....starts and runs just as it should. Diesel orange light works, engine runs nicely at both idle and full revs, all the roller buttons and emergency stop all works, and all the anti stress in feed all works as it should. I'll be putting a newly-sharpened set of blades in it.
It holds fuel and oil all good (no leaks). It's ready to go to work straight away, and it this price you shouldn't have too many jobs to do before it pays for itself !

Minor issues:
it could do with a new handbrake rubber sleeve as its a bit perished. That's just the sleeve....handbrake all works good....just the rubber sleeve that probably wants changing.

It has a light board at the back with cable running to front. I prefer these. It means the original plug near the battery compartment isn't used - it has never worked since I bought it and I didn't bother fixing it as I prefer light boards instead.

The black plastic shroud cover that covers the rollers has a very small split in it (doesn't affect the running of the machine) and also has my modification of a bolt to keep the shroud cover from lifting.

Some of the paint on the chassis is a bit flakey. The steel structure is all good. Just want a bit of black hammerite on a dry day.

Private sale. No VAT

£ 5,250 OVVNO (Or Very Very Near Offer)

Calling or texting me is best on 0771 666 29 32....ask for Mike

I'm 8 minutes drive from J24 (Potters Bar) of M25.

Sorry if the next bit sounds blunt - I'm NOT taking offers for it over the phone - I want to sell it to someone who is looking for and really wants a machine to go and do some work and earn some money...and I think this is very fairly and reasonably priced already.....and at this price you will have it paid for in no time.
