Description
NOT NEW. Schliesing 220MX, badged in this country as Premier when I bought it as a year-old demo model in 1994. Original yellow, resprayed in company blue. Three cylinder 1.4l diesel Kubota, approx. 5 inch, regularly serviced, well looked after and always kept in dry premises. Hand brake lever and ratchet needs attention.
I retired a five years ago and I have used it a couple of times privately since. I didn’t get rid of it as we went through the chippers over the years, because every now and then we needed a spare and she was well worth hanging onto. Getting rid now because I need the space.
I do not know the hours- the original clock packed up and was replaced some years ago and now says 627hrs. A good very solid honest robust machine. No complicated electronics -simple electrics, so less to go wrong. Some years ago we replaced the axle and wheels. LED lights.
Spares: wheel and new tyre, feed-roller tension spring, two pairs of blades, brand-new anvil and air filter. Chipper and Kubota engine manual.
