Forestry Foreman Needed Nottinghamshire

Our client is looking to recruit a Forestry Foreman to oversee Arborists duties maintaining trees on public land and commercial work for private customers and clients.

 

The role would involve;

undertaking and supervising a range of forestry related works; operating light plant and other construction equipment, whilst complying with legal requirements and associated regulations.

Supervising 6 frontline operatives, including helping with providing guidance in reference to their health, safety, and welfare whilst they undertake works

Assisting in ensuring works are delivered within given timescales and within allocated budget to schemes and works, managing physical resources up to the value of £200,000

 

The ideal candidate will be NPTC qualified up to NPTC CS38, have at least three years post qualification experience within the Arboricultural industry and hold a driving licence

 

In return this full time role comes with a salary commensurate with industry experience , a 37 hour working week, and the package includes 25 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays), a benefits package and a private pension scheme.
