I am in the process of changing the way I operate my business. I am looking for a number of different subbies, free-lance Climbers and groundies, apprentices or people looking for a taster of the industry. All levels of experience, pay negotiable. I posted a link a while ago which I got a lot of feedback from, but always on the lookout.
