Fairly straightforward job being rear wheel drive, Iveco say 150,000 miles or 5 years whichever comes first ....me 77,000 and 11 years !!!!

The waterpump is a long life jobby and the newer 35c engine supposedly have a Cambelt for life of engine.

Cambelt kit comes with tensioner and idle pulley , lock camshaft with the hole in gear and cranky can locked via a bolt to the right of crank by undoing and placing a Allen key in .

The old belt had cracks when I folded belt back .

New belt has direction marks too.

Tensioner has a mark cut in to tension to mark , turn engine over 4 times by cranky a hey presto ! Also I marked the pulleys just in case .

A couple more pics for anybody planning on doing it themselves, tensioner has a punch mark to lignin up with the v cut in tensioner itself and the large torx to the right of crank pulley is for taking out and putting long screwdriver in to lock crank .

The large nut is for the fan and normal thread plus the bolt in middle comes out and that's one of 3 that hold

bracket too block .
