We are currently recruiting for an experienced climber to join our team at Westbury, Wiltshire. Job Title: Team leader/ climbing arborist Location: Westbury (Wiltshire) Salary: Dependant on experience We are currently recruiting for an experienced climber to join our team at Westbury, Wiltshire. The successful candidate must hold NPTC units CS30, 31, 32, 38, 39, have excellent arboricultural knowledge and experience and be able to team lead if required. Accreditation in Chapter 8, EFAW and use of stump grinders would be desirable. The role will also involve completion of health and safety documentation including risk assessments, vehicle and equipment checklists and implementation of tree work specifications to a high standard. The ideal candidate will be a self motivated individual with a flexible approach. A pro active and positive, professional attitude is essential as well as an ability to work well under pressure. A full, clean driver’s license with B+E, Additional category C1+E would be desirable.   3. Bawden Tree Care, is part of the Bawden Group a privately owned company, delivering tree care services to a wide range of customers. Typically these include a large number of private domestic clients, MoD, Local Authorities and Councils, and Business Parks. This vacancy is based at our Amesbury office (South Wiltshire). The opportunity will suit a qualified climber, enthusiastic and willing to work with a view to developing their industry experience. A full driving licence(C1+E) preferred but not essential. The role involves leading a team of two or three members on a full time basis. Minimum essential requirements are NPTC Units: CS30/31/39. But qualified to; CS40/41, MEWP, PA1/PA6, and Signing Lighting and Guarding, would be advantageous. The successful candidate will report to the Bawden Tree Care Manager, Charlie Horsfall. A competitive salary is offered based on qualifications and experience starting from £11.00 per hour together with 28 days paid holiday, including public holidays.
