  1. Hi All Our little low impact Micro Arb Truck just went another step further in it`s development Winched a 35Ft long tree and 250/300 Kgs piece of Oak yesterday on a single line dead pull without skidding aid! The Oak left a trench!! lol Did it really well but looking for some more "test pilots" in the Reading/Berkshire area. Hope to post a youtube video link tomorrow (if I get chance) Does anyone have a woodland where timbers (3/4M-200/300Kgs) could ideally be pulled up a bank, looking to use the Micro Arb truck with our Log Arch both in a towing situation and also by using the winch and maybe a dead pull along the ground Thanks, Keith

  3. Hello Everyone, just a quick hello to all the Tree surgeons and Woodland owners out there, after 2 + years of designing and testing the micro arb truc & it bespoke attachments coupled with our launch of the Micro Arb Truc at the 2012 APF show we now feel it`s time to join arbtalk. I would like to thank our tree surgeon customers for their invaluable help in sharing the problems they have faced for many years in extracting/handling timber in it`s various forms from difficult site applications which has enabled myself to design and build useful narrow access attachments I noticed another thread from some time ago mentioning the similarity to the muck truck. Yes, the base unit is the Max version of a muck truck, to explain I have been supplying that product for many years to construction & landscaping as a basic unit through our parent company Fresh group, knowing the capabilities of the base unit I saw the potential to design my own bespoke micro arb attachments, hence we have promoted the whole range as "Micro Arb Truc product range". Sorry for any confusion this may have caused. If anyone has any questions/comments please feel free to contact myself (Keith Douglas)
