We are creating a forest garden to be open to the community and need large amounts of wood chips for the paths.  We also need branches /logs to edge the paths too . In the front of the school is a large playground where it would be easy to tip them. We would need to be notified the day before so we can unlock the gate and be there to recieve the delivery and pay for them too.

Hello there... I am happy to take logs for our burner and my parents burner which I will cut and deliver myself. I also require some woodchips for my allotment and garden which I am happy to pay a little for. Please contact first for delivery information. Prefer half load of woodchips but can just about manage a full load and delivery will be onto an easily accessible drive and onto a large tarpaulin.

  8. Dunc”s Drive

Hi this tip site is my own private drive. I have room to accept transit tipper sized vehicle but nothing bigger please. I can only accept cordwood or rings in manageable sizes as I am only a domestic user but can cut / split. Sorry can’t take brash / woodchip as I have no means of getting rid of it. Thank you.

Any kind of wood chippings are fine, but not conifer or loads which contain more than a small amount of green material.

I will buy good quality chippings and any unprocessed logs, 3inch or bigger.

Easy access from the A15 big private drive to off load.

Price will depend on load quantity and quality but I will give you a fair price:
    Soft wood £15/ton
    Hard wood £20/ton
    Chippgings £30 per load.
