Oldfield Lodge - Tree planting project

Hello,

This is a permaculture site and we are going to plant lots of trees on our field. We welcome any clean woodchips - ie from trees which are not sprayed with chemicals of any sort.

We will also accept some wood logs, stumps and roots (fresh/ rotting) as long as they are not sprayed and chemical free - please call to discuss.

These will be used to improve soil biology and biodiversity on this site to turn it into a Food Forest with wildlife habitat.

We are happy to pay or give you fresh organically raised chicken eggs or seasonal produce as a thank you.

A one off tip needed before 25th July for an event - Felix

As above, we need a good amount of chip for an event that is running over the last weekend of July 23. Ideally we would be able to access it on the tuesday 25th or wednesday 26th. We do not own the land so please just let me know when you are on your way and I can ask the landowners to open the gate. Also contact for exact location (can do what three words)

Spindlebrook Farm

Easy access to hard standing area directly off the lane in front of our farm gate. Plenty of space to tip a few loads, just don’t block the gate.
