   Tip Site is home address. 
   We have large gravel driveway suitable for tipping logs and unloading cord (of limited size). Prior arrangement is required to make sure tip site is clear of cars & other materials, however I am WFH so availability/readiness is generally good. Additional unload space is available in overspill car park area, however this will only be suitable for manual unloading due to proximity of overhead power lines.
   Price paid is negotiable,  however I've put approximate ballpark. Additionally, prior arrangement will be required for cash payment as no cash is kept on premises.
