Over Norton House
By MartinMoore
I need woodchip for my garden paths. If you come down into the farm there is space just before our house to put the woodchips.

There is a specific wood chip pile and a locked gate to allow access to the allotment area.

Metz Archway Allotments
By Metz
Archway House | Sherwood Forest
There are two sets of allotments that require pathway maintenance and being in the forest a continual supply of chip to keep weeds at bay is essential..
There's always an offering of tea and coffee if we are there and when we have a surplus of food during harvest, you can expect a sample of our foods if the timing is right!
The lane is private, and access only, but is suitable for larger four wheeler vehicles.
We are Archway House, not Archway House West and it is clearly labelled on the gate.
Once you enter the gate, woodchip can be dropped on the track nearby on the right being sure to keep the party clear for vehicles to use, or better still, near the lower allotment, during dry spells only.
The house is very recognisable, but it's hidden within these ancient woodlands. Please be mindful coming along the track of horse and pedestrians, and we highly recommend coming in from Mansfield Road side and not the Dog & Duck entrance as the terrain is quite rough. Unless you are local and know the track well.
Please contact Metz if you are able to bring us woodchip that will help keep our pathways tidy and help us grow our fruits and vegetables.
Thank you so so much!
