  1. Mr Ford

Firstly thanks for checking, brews and biscuits on offer for anyone on a drop, just let me know.

After woodchip (sawdust/bark as well), leaf for mulching/composting, as well as logs/cordwood for a small project provided it has not been chemically treated. If I can get hold of more brown material for composting I'd take grass clippings too but limited in my capacity there.

To get to my garden, head up the road opposite Jewson's and take the first right. Lorries won't make it around there without some serious faffing about however anything up to and including long wheelbase transit sized vehicles will have full and easy access.

If I know you are coming, I can have the gates open just reverse up and tip it. Photo of the garden/backarea so that you can see how much space you have. Don't want anyone rocking up and not being aware of it.

    Thank you kindly,

    Mr Ford (Dan)

  2. Gareth - Randall Road

This is a residential property. I use both logs and woodchips for gardening.

Woodchips are used both for composting and as a mulch, so chips without rubbish/plastic waste are what I will accept.

For logs, I am happy to accept hardwoods (except Ash and Holly) as I use them for mushroom cultivation.

  6. Mungo

Happy to take seasoned or freshly cut logs of moderate length/ thickness on short notice, even if its half a load or a few logs. These can easily be offloaded either from the kerb or the driveway. The wood shall only be used within the log burner and only looking for limited quantities for now, so any spare logs are welcome. Also happy to take smaller size branches if clear of leaves which can be used for kindling. Will try to organise for a case of beer when possible.

Any logs (soft, hard) are appreciated for use in log burner.  I don't need wood chippings however.
Happy for you to drop on driveway or front yard.

    Many thanks,
    Alex
