Thank you! There's no TPO here, would you have any concerns with the roots and heave risk if it was chopped down? Can you do anything to reduce the risk with heave as I think it's likely clay soil area?

Hello, Please can someone tell me what type of tree this is? It's obviously very close <2m to a building and above roof height. The area is shown on maps as a clay soil area. I'd like to know if this variety generally poses a risk to structures or not? I'm really trying to work out if I should run away from house purchase or if it's no big deal? There's no visible cracking, but it's rendered so maybe I wouldn't see anyway... Even if it's all fine today and I get it chopped down to remove future risk, there's still a risk of heave isn't there given potential clay soil area? Can that be avoided or managed in some way? Would it stop you buying a property? Thanks!
