  1. The photos ain't great but what's this worth and what's the best way to cut it. Would a someone prefer it one piece. It's a horse chestnut. Thanks for any replies.

  3. Hi. I've just dragged the burr out of the wood and due to size I'm not sure what's best, it was standing dead and the main trunk has been hollowed out by woodpeckers. The burr seems to be connected all the way around. What should I do, sell it in one peace, slabs (coffee tables) or remove the main burrs... I haven't photoed the other side, its large and wraps right around I have no experience in this and feel theres good wood and money in and need some advice in regards to handling this burr
  4. I found this last week, the base of this ash has rooted out, and now it's leaning at 45 degrees into another smaller ash. I dont have the experience to tackle this please see the attached photos I just need to know what can be done and what i might need to do and in a nutshell would a professional be able to attempt anything or is it to risky Thanks for any replys
