I have a very large tree in my front yard I’m Greensboro NC I’ve lived here since 1999 and it’s a good bit bigger now . It’s hard to guess at age because it’s been hat racked (before I owned the house) and is next to power lines so it gets side shaved often. I do think it’s older than the house (1951) because of the scar that faces the house.’so my guess is it was hacked back when the house was built it’s a wonder it came back at all. so when u say oof significant size it is At end of buttressing 176” 14’ 8” @ 4’ from earth at trunk 161” 13’ 5”
