  1. Hi, This time last year we planted 2 similarly sized and aged Dogwoods. One looks pretty good and the other is quite thin. There are leaves but smaller and lots of dead looking branches. I watered equally once per week during the warm months, though there may have been more runoff on the thinner one, which could be the cause of the problem. Should I worry about the thin one? A few weeks ago we fertilized with acid loving plant fertilizer and have mulched. Anything else I can/should do other than water weekly during the warm months? Thanks!
