  1. Suppose someone got planning permission to change the layout of their grade 2 listed house's garden, and the site plan illustrated what species and location to plant this tree. But the owner then decided to plant different species of tree without consent, what implications would this have? Especially if it were some years ago. Would it also affect home insurance (liability)? Thanks!
