  1. I'm a fan of using Trello for task management - it's quite visual and moveable, helps me see the workflow clearly. For accounting, I've had good experiences with QuickBooks - tracks and sorts expenses well. Also, integrating apps with Zapier can auto-populate some data fields, that's my time-saver!
