Thank you was clearly just not looking hard enough. Can I ask with woodchips what does the "with limitations' mean?

I have a tip site listed on this site, but I wanted to update some of the info on there. Maybe I am being a bit dense but I can not find a way to edit the info? I am just a domestic site looking for any sort of wood that I can process for personal fire wood, but I am also now after clean wood chips for creating pathways around our land. I also wanted to edit the info on where wood/chippings could be left but have failed to find a way to achieve this. Thanks
