  1. I know Dirt monkey on YouTube did a comparison of hydraulic/kinetic/axe and found the kinetic to be fast on straight stuff but poor on knotted stuff. I’ve used the smaller electric splitters like linked below and found it faster to split with a good axe.

  2. So my old (2012) predator 38x went to the shop a few weeks back, only to be told that the engine is PROBABLY knackered. They gave an indicative quote of around 4k for them to source and replace the Kohler.
    So does anybody here want a project and happen to have a Kohler sitting in their garage, and at what sort of price to sell?? Or do I find a cheap Kohler (much around?) And try to get it going?

    Where about are you mate? Mentioned it to the lads at work and they can’t work out £1500 for a days labour
