  1. I apologise for the low res photo (part of a photography project I'm working on). Here's another photo at higher resolution. It definitely had leaves. If I may, I don't think it's a Quercus ilex, the leaves have needle shape (you should be able to see it in some isolated section in the image) It can definitely be a scots pine maybe, it fits the needle shaped leaves and the region.
  2. Hi everyone, Would someone be able to tell me what this tree might be (link to the image: https://ibb.co/nwyjRv7)? I took the photograph on the island of Senja in Norway in february 2020. The tree is clearly an evergreen but not a conifer. I have no idea. Thank you very much for any help Best, Andy
