  1. Well this thing is 20 year's old, and don't look like it had a great deal of maintenance on it. Waiting for parts now, will put it all back together and see what happens, thanks for the input.

No it doesn't appear to be, I've ordered a new one anyway, also on the video I saw the damage was also excessive over the oil pump, hence the suggestion of a stainless steel shim to protect it. It's all cleaned up now anyway, awaiting bits, whether it goes again is another thing.

  3. Yes I know this is so either a piece of stainless steel in the resin, worth a go. Also got an engineer pal who can knock up a stainless steel shim to cover it.

  4. It appears that the o ring between the pump and plastic fitting is worn, mainly down to the casing damage, I'll get a cheap kit, bung up the hole with resin, for a fiver if it lasts a year all's good, thanks for the input.

  5. Hi guys, just been donated this old 025, start's and runs fine, but there's a bit of an issue with the oil leaking around clutch area, is it worth bothering trying to fix?

    Thanks in advance

  6. Hi all, just completed CS38, looking to get some basic kit together, choosing a rope is the first obstacle. I'm not intending to do a lot of climbing, but where do I start?
