  6. Anyone run the medium rayco stumpgrinder RG25 ?? I'm currently using the 700 series green teeth I think they aren't to bad compared to the older finger teeth style but was wondering would I get any benefit using the next size up the 900 series ? Would they fit ? Probably know the answer to my own question already but won't hurt asking.
  7. Thanks everyone im going in for £950 a day for 4x men and chipper it's not local to me 40 mins drive I think that's fair enough gonna go in fell and chip what we can then get digger and grab in towards the end
  8. The day rate including the 4 men and chipper plus profit machinery hire is separate sorry should have probaly said this at first.
  9. It's good money I know but customer wants it done quickly as possible hence the 4 men and don't have a digger I'd love one but belive it or not still can't afford one I hire them as don't get many jobs like this that often
  10. Roughly 1.2 acres and yes could work
  11. A shit load down a day that's the problem why I want a good rate
  12. Na bit more involved when i say labour i mean groundsman used to charge the man £650-750 a day for 2 men so I was thinking £1000-1200 a day customer not shy of a few quid
  13. Anyone got a flail attachment for a 1.5 - 3 ton digger for sale??
  14. Anyone got any ideas for a day rate on thinning small woodlands for 2x cutters and 2x labourers we are going to be felling, chipping and skidding larger logs to burn on a fire also stacking the medium logs in (habitat piles/log walls) between trees, creating wood chip paths after mulching with a 3 ton excavator also will have log grab attachment I will be charging the customer separately for the hire of the digger and attachments. Hope to have it done in 5-7 days. Ive got a rough figure myself but a 2nd opinion would help with this will appreciate it and thanks in advance.
