Also have a look at the cub cadet zx3 series.
Looks a good machine, be able for 5 acres once a week? Says can do 2.2 acres/hr.
Our ground is bumpy enough in places.

Hustler make good machines, you could always consider a second hand John Deere 997 or 997R these are massive machines. Zero Turn machines are not good on banks or steep inclines if you have any ground like that try to demo a machine first. Most of your list above would mow the 5 acres easily and quicker than the tractor usually. The thing though with a zero turn they are a one trick pony where as a commercial tractor mower with a 54 inch deck would also pull a trailer and lots of other stuff which would make it more useful.

Would the Hustler Raptor SD 48" 23HP be up to cutting 5 acres once a week in your opinion?

We have a 5 acre sports field that a local farmer cuts 3+ acres at the moment and leaves maybe 2 acres around edges. We are in process of tidying up the area and need to purchase a mower to do this 2 acres and occasionally cover the entire 5 acres. Zero turn mowers have been advised as our best option as we will not be collecting and we need some advice on best mower to get, our budget is €6,000. A robust machine would be ideal.
Snapper ZTX275 48" €5,050
Hustler Raptor SD 48" €6,250
Stiga ZT5132 52" €6,000
Gravely Proturn 52 €6250 (incl. €250 for mulcher kit)
Gravely Proturn 148Z €6,500 (last year's demo model)
All advice welcome! We know a diesel machine is preferable but out of our budget presently unfortunately.

Looking to buy chipper for up to ~4" branches. Open to any recommendation really.
