  1. Ok, so I will have to cut out the block. Someone else have been tampering with the whole setup, so it is a bit crooked, that's why I could get the bolt out a little and then it snapped. A few small pieces of metal has been welded on for some reason, and is has bend the whole section. Wish me luck I guess. I will get back in a few days, when I know more Thanks again.
  2. Can you live without the pusher bolt ??
  3. Sorry I must have missed that. I think I can get a welder to it. I will try tomorrow, if I am not too fed up with it. I will make sure to let you know of the progress. I was thinking of taking off the exhaust, but is that a very bad idea?
  4. By the way, I really appreciate you taking your time.
  5. So the plain nut should have been backed off first? I didn't see it until now unfortunately. I had already soaked it in liberal amounts. It really is the wildest amount of faff
  6. Hi Jase, I have just been messing a bit with it again. Unfortunately I just sheared of the head of the pusher bolt... It was winding off and the suddenly snapped. Must have been too much force. There is another nut at the end of the thread, locking. Was I supposed to have backed that off first? Seems like it has never been taken off. Do you have any ideas as to what to do?
  7. New question. How do I get to the lower shear bar nuts? I can see there are two holes from the engine side, but do I then need to remove the gas cylinder blocking those?
  8. By the way, why would it help with the flywheel out? Seems like everything is done underneath.
  9. Thanks! I actually pushed the fuel tank a bit forward. That way I could get in behind and undo them. now I just need the "pusher" bolt... This really is a bitch of a job!
  10. Is there a trick to getting the two allen m12's out? The ones holding the chamfered bar? There is absolutely no room.
  11. Hi Jase, Thank you very much! I'll try and get it out this evening. Will reply with either success or failure.
  12. Hi, I just purchased a Greenmech 19-28. It's from 2013 with 440 hours on it. It's working fine, but the shear bars are a little rounded so I wanted to flip them round. Does anyone have any pointers and important-to-knows? Seems like the hex bolts are very very hard to loosen on the top shear bar. And it's close to impossible to get a decent grip because of hydraulics and so on. Not enough room. So just any pointers would be great, if you've wrestled with it? Thanks in advance!
  13. Ok, do you happen to know how it works on mine? Or how I could test?
  14. Hi, Thanks for your answer. The socket to the controller is 3 holes in a triangle sort of. How do I hot wire, and what about the plug terminals? Do I bend them? Sorry if daft
  15. Hi, I have a 6 year old tipping trailer that won't operate. Battery is fully charged, but absolutely nothing happens when I press the button. I have tried wiggling the terminals but nothing. Except the red light on the controller flashes a bit. Is it supposed to stay red and green all the time? I can't remember anymore, or does it go red when you tip? Any ideas, when nothing happens. Not a sound, nothing. Thanks in advance Terje Frederiksen
