Help!
Hello, as the title suggests, i have a 560xp with a snapped chainbrake mount, so i need to replace the flywheel housing? The saw itself is sound and runs sweeeet as! However, the twat i graft with decided the lump of stem he'd picked up was to heavy to carry and dropped it of all places...... for feck sake!
Anyway, ive managed to get another flywheel housing from the same year saw and im fairly good with a spanner. So i was hoping someone could tell me, apart from a flywheel puller, gaskets and a tube of gasket seal, is there anything else i will need to do the job? Such as bearings and the likes, or am i able just to refit the origional bearings into the replacement housing?
Any help or advice will be appreciated , thank you!

Thank you fellas!
Yeah, im not very good in test like situations but I’m quietly confident. I can’t afford not to pass to be honest! I’ve wasted a lot of time in life and haven’t made the most of the opportunities I’ve had! However if I pass there are doors open!
Besides after laying out for decent new PPE and a work saw, I need a pay rise to recoup funds spent from me stash!

Hi, how’s it going, just joined the site so I thought an introduction would be a good way to begin! I’m not the most literate of folk but.....
anyway, I’m 45 and have worked in grounds maintenance, hard landscaping, fencing, and saw mills for the last 20years and the last 5 in a tree squad which I love!! So I have had used saws to a limited extent and have one of my own to feed my burner but no ticket!
However, I’m booked up and have paid for my cs30/31 and chipper courses in 2weeks! So as with anything I get into, I want to learn as much as possible about it and be as safe and productive as the next man!!
thanks for any advice in advance

Its the flywheel side of the casing that the chainbrake mount has broken and the replacement casing is the flywheel side? So im hoping i have the correct casing but im starting to flap a little since you've asked the question?
