  1. Have the old edition here and still running strong with 140psi compression but found a ne346 oem top end kit for $136 and wondering if I'd notice the differnce in the extra 5cc? Both the old and the new will be run with a ported cylinder. Any input in appreciated.

  4. just finished a 460 that had busted crank and figured I'd do a port job while it was apart, everything went well and saw cuts awesome. Rpm set at 14,500 and wondering what others are running at? Here the saw as I got it, been sitting on shelf in mill for awhile

  7. https://www.chainsawbars.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/Sugihara-Catalogue-AGL.pdf, came from rob at chainsaw bars U.K., he's probably getting tired of me asking(3rd time) guy really knows his shit. According to this its .325. Gonna have to hang on to this chart. Thanks again for all everyone's help
  8. Talked to hl supply today and he assured me it is definately a .050/.325 bar. Gonna try and find a email for sugihara.
  9. After measuring all my stihl bars that are stamped .050 with digital caliper they all measure .058 and higher, this shit is confusing me here, as far as the bar goes it's stamped vh2u-0j45 must of been a piece of dust making it look like a Y, only thing differnt is the markings after being D T 7J? Still gonna put a call in to supplier but shouldn't this shit all be cut and dry with these bars?
  10. Must be nice having a dealer in the family lol, of course I'd be broke. Hey thanks again for the help, really appreciate it.
  11. Hahaaha seems pretty split around here between the two, as long as it's sharp I like em both
  12. Damn that's a nice collection!! No love for stihl??
  13. chain seemed to fit the nose perfect with the .325 chain but not at all with the 3/8
  14. Sounds good, I'll check with them Monday. Thanks a lot for all your help, some nice looking saws ya got there. Been thinking of getting the 462 from wicked saw works but don't wanna spend the cash. Do many guys run modded saws over there?
  15. Sounds good, I'll check with them Monday. Thanks a lot for all your help
  16. And when I search for the bc3u-0j45-a the only ones I find are out of the country? Am I missing something here?
  17. What do mean buy your numbers are 15" not 18"? Everything else is right, k095/.325/.050
  18. This what I'm coming up with? This right?
  19. Is that the right part number for that bar? Gotta check the site you sent me again
  20. Here's how they listed it on their site, guess like you said somehow someone swapped a bar out. Hopefully they'll stand behind the mistake (mine and theirs) and replace it even though it's now used.
  21. Measured .058 with digital caliper, looked through all my saws 16-32" is all .050 which tells me that's what's on hand around me for sale but could be wrong. Would ya run .050 on .058 rail?
  22. Your right, 3/8 chain won't fit tip, guess the right thing to do is get .050 right? Or run .050 in 0.58 guage?
  23. Gauge measures .058 ran .050 .325 all day with it. Don't know if I can find a steady supply of .058 chain around here. Gonna have to call where I bought bar Monday and find out what's goin on
  24. Running lpx chain now but been hearing the txl is really good chain, don't have any .058 chain, guess I could measure the guage myself. Could it be wrong bar in the package? I'm confused as all hell here
  25. After looking on that site I'm not seeing this number anywhere, could it be old stock and shit changed or did I get a chinease knockoff lol
