  1. From what you've described I'd like to think it would be 1 day for 4 of us. 3 cutting, 1 either side and one on the top. Once the side cutters have finished one can help the top cutter and one can help the apprentice rake up and blow. 

    8.30-4 ish. Couple shortish breaks. £650-700 ish. 

  2. We are in our 4th year of business too, I have been thinking / doing some calculations about going bigger, adding another team into the mix. We are always 4 weeks ahead minimum, 3 guys inc myself and taking an apprentice on in September. 

     

    At the moment I have come to the conclusion that I would prefer to have 4 weeks ahead as we are than 1.5-2 weeks ahead with two teams running.

  3. Evening all,

     

    Small tree company looking for hardworking, reliable, Tree Surgeons. The candidate will need to have a minimum of CS30,31,38,39 and a full clean driving licence. Ideal extras include B+E, CS40 and first aid at work or similar. 

     

    The role is for a self self employed individual whom is looking for a constant flow of work either on a casual basis or set days per week. The right candidate will also have the option to be employed after a month of trial. 

     

    Self employed candiates they will need to have their own climbing kit and ideally a climbing/top handled saw. All other equipment will be provided including rigging kit & ground chainsaws. 

     

    If the right person is found we will offer a full time/employed role within the company with an excellent pay package and additional perks as well as holiday pay etc.

     

    Excellent rates of pay to be offered.
