  3. But if the property is outside a conservation area does an application still have to be made?
  4. Thanks I thought I must have missed something, it seemed odd that they could effectively tpo every fruit tree. Must of borrowed one of my lasses blonde moments.

  6. Hello everyone, longtime reader first time poster. It seems as though Newcastle Council have a blanket protection on all fruit trees, I've looked at a few other council websites and it seems as though it's just Newcastle, has anyone ever heard of this? Is it normal? Is it even legal? Thanks in advance for any responses.
